Pole Fitness

Our pole fitness classes can be found as leveled classes from Beginner to Level 4, and a rotating selection of specialty classes such as Exotic and Core Polefit. All students are required to take Beginner Pole before attending any other pole class. For more detailed descriptions of the current class offerings, check our schedule on TeamUp.

Aerial Hoop

Aerial hoop, or Lyra, is divided into Levels 1&2. Level 1 introduces students to the hoop with conditioning muscles to mount the hoop, and teaching moves and poses that will serve as a solid groundwork for higher level moves. Level 2 requires graduating from Level 1, or instructor approval.

Our aerial silks classes are small class sizes so you can be assured personal attention and a class easily tailored to your individual level.

Non Pole Classes

We offer a variety of non-pole classes such as Flexibility, Floorwork, and Strength & Conditioning. Check the schedule to see what’s going on now!

Memberships and Payment Plans*

*All memberships listed here are Paid-In-Full prices, payments plans are also available on all 3 month and one year memberships!

 

Cards do not expire. Good for all leveled and specialty classes.
